Senior Marketing Manager, Amazon Fresh Online We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to engage our full customer funnel (new, lapsed, and repeat customers) with appropriately targeted promotions and coupon offers while shaping the future promo-messaging strategy of Amazon Fresh Online. Coupons and promotions are key traffic drivers for our business and are strategically important in delivering against customer funnel (acquisition and retention) activations. This role will interact directly with senior leaders and partners across the Amazon Fresh grocery business. The Senior Marketing Manager will use a combination of analytical skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking to develop our annual messaging strategy and execute broad network-wide promotions as well as smaller test-and-learn marketing activations in support of the strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong marketing background with focus on strategy and promotions, a track record of driving impact under tight deadlines, and the ability to pivot as needed to deliver optimal business results. The candidate should have the ability to deep dive results to inform future paths forward, showcase strong communication skills, and project manage while operating autonomously. This role allows for the ability to influence and impact marketing and business strategy. Key job responsibilities Craft, own and execute the short and long-term strategy and promotional roadmap, with emphasis on acquiring new customers, retaining lost customers, and keeping existing customers engaged. Leverage strength of communication to keep team members informed of customer funnel activations while earning trust of stakeholders and leadership. Launch successful promotional campaigns inclusive of KPI’s which tie back to leadership-level goals while coordinating with partner marketing teams, finance, legal, creative, and analytics. Dive deep to analyze campaign performance and develop learnings that further inform tests/strategy. Manage and maintain campaign budgets while adjusting to efficiently meet performance expectations. About the team This Marketing team builds and operates Worldwide Grocery Store’s global marketing and brand strategy, inclusive of demand generation, visual design, analytics, product management, customer insights, and engineering to deliver growth in the business. We drive high quality traffic to our online business and oversee the end to end customer funnel from awareness through conversion and long term loyalty. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience 7 years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint Experience communicating results to senior leadership Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
