Night Order Selectors - Hourly Rate is $18.00 - $23/per hour + $2 Shift Differential & Performance Incentives

Starting Pay is $18 but earning potential on the shift does go well above the $23/hour range with time and incentives.

Please note: This is a Night position. However, Training will be during the daytime. Interviewing for possible summer start dates.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment

- Accurately build mixed pallets using headset-guided systems and ride-on pallet jacks.

- Pick beer, kegs, and other alcohol products efficiently and according to standards.

- Handle heavy items (up to 170 lbs) safely and carefully.

Warehouse Operations

- Load/unload trucks and rotate warehouse stock using equipment safely.

- Support inventory counting, repacking, and daily cleanliness efforts.

- Follow all supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks thoroughly.

Incentives

- Earn incentives of up to $300 per week based on safety, accuracy, and productivity.

- Incentives are paid biweekly based on goals thresholds and headset utilization.

- Maintain 180+ CE/hour and headset usage over 80% to qualify.

Schedule & Training

- Sunday–Thursday overnight schedule, from 7:00 PM until work completion.

- Mandatory daytime training Monday–Friday for all new hires.

- Occasional Friday work as required by business demand.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.

- Familiarity with ride-on pallet jacks or forklifts.

- Strong basic math and counting skills.

- Consistent, punctual, and motivated work habits.

- Comfortable working in cold environments and lifting heavy products.

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Steel-toe boots required on Day One.
