Bloomberg Live Experiences, the live events platform of Bloomberg News and Media, delivers compelling, news-making convenings that harness the power of our global, wide-reaching newsroom and enable our premium audiences with the actionable insights and meaningful connections they need to succeed in work and in life. We're seeking an experienced Global Commercial Engagement Manager to join our Asia Bloomberg Live Experiences team, supporting both pre-sales and delivery of sponsor partnerships whilst contributing to the overall execution and success of the event. This role bridges multiple departments and ensures seamless delivery of sponsor commitments across our Asia events calendar in a fast-paced media environment. Combining strategic prospecting, competitive analysis, and end-to-end sponsorship delivery. We'll trust you to: ? Support end-to-end sponsorship fulfillment for Bloomberg Live Experiences Events and allocated sponsors ? Serve as the main point of contact for allocated sponsors, actively driving forward tasks, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, and hosting weekly update meetings directly with sponsors ? Support the sales organization with ongoing event proposals and RFP responses ? Support the internal and external client briefing process to obtain detailed information of the sold sponsor package and sponsor KIPs/success metrics ? Share general updates and information for allocated events between sales, editorial, operations, and marketing teams ? Support on-site delivery of sponsor activations for allocated sponsors ? Measure and track clients KPIs and success metrics throughout the event delivery ? Track and report sponsorship deliverables for post event reporting ? Conduct competitive analysis of regional and competitive events You'll need to have: ? 3-5 years experience handling B2B relationships within event management or similar environment ? A proven track record of successful relationship management ? Experience in generating sales marketing collaterals and client presentations ? Experience in end-to-end sponsorship delivery and client management ? Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships ? Excellent project management and communication skills ? Ability to problem solve potential issues and demonstrate critical thinking ? Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities ?
